Money Managers Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. All the Investment Advisor Representatives are fiduciaries. How does it look like when you are working with an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR)? You would have a deep discussion of your concerns and goals for your financial present and future. We would learn together what is important and how to obtain your goals with minimizing risk as we can while trying to grow your assets. The More Risk you take the more possible reward you can possibly receive. Take into consideration all factors when investing for the future. For example, how many years before you need to use the funds? This is helpful determining risks when investing. Is the account a taxable account or a qualified account, i.e., 401 K, IRA, ROTH IRA, 403 B?You should start with a written financial plan. It will give you current market position and where you will be in future years. This is your financial independence road map. Make a road map to become independently financially wealthy. Being independently financially wealthy is not having $50 Million in the bank. If you have enough passive income over your current liabilities, you are financially independently wealthy. Total all the dividends within your current portfolio, then total all your expenses. If you have more dividends then expenses, you are independently wealthy. Example, Mr. & Mrs. Smith makes $5,000 in retirement income from social security and investment dividends a month. Smiths have expenses of $3,500 a month. They would be considered independently wealthy. To obtain independently wealthy status, you need a written financial plan. Your plan should be in place before starting to invest. Being diversified is important to many people to lower risk. When the market goes up / down / sideways your financial plan, considers all market swings. This helps you make calm decisions and not lose funds because you acted hasty. Paper loss is different then realized loss.Do you own a business? Do you have a pension at your current employer? Does your employer contribute to your 401k with you by matching and do you know what vesting means? Do you have other assets that provide passive income? These items and more are factored into your financial written plan. Having an adjustable plan is better. Take control of your financial future. A financial plan gives you the tools to make better financial decisions today for the future. Have you ever looked back and said, “why did I buy that item?” I don’t really need it and it does not contribute to my financial future. Keeping assets versus liability is a key to success. Why meet with a fiduciary financial planner? Our company provides person to person financial support. You will learn the difference between passive versus active income. Write down your dreams and then we can plan to make them a reality.Use the S.M.A.R.T system to create your goals. S stands for a very specific goal. M stands for the goals are measurable.A stands for actionable. R stands for a realistic goal. T stands for time bound the specific date to achieve this goal. We help you plan where you want to go and find a way to get there.Congratulations. You have taken the first step to being financially independently wealthy. You are reading this webpage.
