The spotting of the rap star comes as his first scheduled music festival, Day N Vegas, was canceled.

On Friday producers of the Day N Vegas three-day festival event took to social media to announce its cancelation.
Webster had been secured as a headliner for Sunday, September 4th and it would have been his first festival since the deadly Astroworld Festival last November.
On the latest Day N Vegas Instagram post a caption read: 'We're sorry to announce that a combination of logistics, timing and production issues have forced us to cancel Day N Vegas for 2022.'

In other Travis Scott news, fans were recently disappointed to find out that tickets for another upcoming show sold out within minutes.
The show is slated to take place at London's O2 Arena in August. It will be his first UK performance since Astroworld.
After the coveted £181 tickets sold out following the 9am Friday morning release, the rapper decided to add a second date.
