Gal Gadot is prepping up to end the year 2020 on a high, by releasing her superhero film ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ in theatres and simultaneously on a digital platform. While this recent announcement came in as an early Christmas gift for fans, another star also excited about the upcoming release is Desi girl Priyanka Chopra.

Priyanka and Gal first made headlines in 2019 when they got together to pose for photos at a fashion show.
Both stars were invited to the Paris Fashion Week, where they made heads turn with their stunning appearances.

Gal got fans and the media all hyped and excited about the upcoming film when she shared the new poster ‘WW84’ poster that saw her in her winged golden battle armour with her lasso of truth shining brightly. Sharing the poster, Gal wrote, “This Christmas, Wonder will soar.”
“Can't wait to share this with you!” she added.

The film that was initially eyeing an April 2020 release, postponed its release more than a couple times as a result of theatres shutting down to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Reports even suggested that the team was eyeing a 2021 release, as the COVID-crisis continued to worsen across the globe.
With theatre chains now opening up, the makers decided to release the film on the extended holiday weekend.
Directed by Patty Jenkins, the film will see Gal back as the demi-god, joined by Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig and Pedro Pascal.
